Holding ±0.002mm tolerance in a 30" length on size and location of holes in aluminum gear cases and covers are typical precision jobs at Sendal. Accurate machining of a variety of materials including POM, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Acrylic, Brass, Copper and Plastic and more is made possible through the use of the latest CNC controlled equipment ,slow speed wire cut----Sodick from Japan. Our CNC lathes, horizontal and vertical mills provide accuracy, repeatability and reliability. At sendal precision machining is routine! With the help of computer technology, the complexity of these parts can be increased , producing a intricate design or a smooth surface, depending on what is required.
We also offer finishing processes. From black anodize and zinc plate, to electroless nickel and hard chrome.
